Many thanks to Sacha for running this challenging over on her weekly Writespiration. The prompt this time was 100 to celebrate 100 Writespirations; a pretty awesome achievement! You’ll also find my entry for last week on there, or you can find it at The Lost Things: Writespiration #3, along with many other wonderful 52-Word-Works!

  1. Ohhh this is awesome – this has mega story potential – what happens next? I can’t imagine it happening to me, I’d be devastated but still… what a hook.

    1. It’s one of the reasons I love these shorter prompts… Can try and write something just tantalizing enough to make people want more. Great practice for working out certain story ideas!

  2. My first thought Shaun, was I wonder who would be top of the Premiership (football). It’s funny how our minds work differently. Nice post.
